Appropriate sales tax will be added if your order is shipped to Florida.
Orders will be shipped Regular Ground or other shipping company as selected on the order. If your shipping address only uses a particular carrier please note this information in the "special instructions" box located in step 3 of the checkout process.
We are able to ship orders internationally via International Global Express or Fedex International.
Most products ship within 24-48 hours of order processing.
Customer will be notified by customer care of any items on back order.

We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item for credit for merchandise within 7-10 days of shipment. No questions, no hassles. That's our promise. All returns must be in original condition and packaging with tags still attached. Merchandise returned damaged or worn will not be accepted and are subject to a restocking fee. Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable.
